Balakrishna is inspired in many ways by his father and legendary actor late NT Ramarao. When it comes to acting, particularly essaying the roles of mythological and socio-fantasy characters, NTR seems to have influenced Balayya in body language and stature through poise and dialogue delivery. Well, it all draws significance in the context that Balayya is enacting Lord Rama in his forthcoming film Sri Ramarajyam. A production of director Bapu, the movie has dusky beauty Nayanatara playing Goddess Sita.

Why ‘Badrinath’ Failed At Box Office?

Well, the final result is out. The much awaited and most talked about film ‘Badrinath’ has hit the screens and the result from box office is a thumbs down. Here are few reasons being pointed out by many which led to the disaster from this highly promising movie.

Though the technical standards such as music, cinematography, art department received high marks, the film suffered majorly due to Chinni Krishna’s illogical story and very bad screenplay.

The weak climax due to abrupt chopping of action scenes by the censor board and getting certified with an ‘A’ added to the woes. While Allu Arjun scored in dance and fights, he could not do much in emotional scenes. Tamannah scored in sex appeal.

However, the comedy was poorly rehashed by the scriptwriter more on a need basis and taking cue from Chiranjeevi’s ‘Indra’. The spineless performances from Brahmanandam, Dharmavarapu didn’t help. The boneless and hackneyed script and large attention on the visual appeal than content contributed to the film’s poor performance. The film is only for watching Bunny’s dances and Tamannah’s visual feast.

Mohanbabu invited Chiru for dinner!

Tollywood actor Mohan Babu was invited the Megastar Chiranjeevi along with Bollywood top stars and other famous actors for dinner at his residence on Sunday, after completion of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) match. And it was quite a spectacle to see Mohan Babu and Chiranjeevi together.

The CCL(celebrity cricket league) final match was played at uppal stadium in hyderabad and was attended by many stars both from south and north movie industries. Along with Chiranjeevi, Ambarish, Shatrughan Sinha, Dharmendra, Sridevi, Bony Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha etc were invited for dinner.

Sonakshi Sinha posted a picture on Twitter captioning it “Mohan babu, chiranjeevi, shotgun sr. And ambrish uncle bringing the house down! – legendarry!” We like !

Dhada’ cans song in Europe

It is well aware that Naga Chantainya’s latest flick under the direction of Ajay Bhuyan, was titled ‘Dhada’, which is being produced by Chandan Reddy on the banner of Kamakshi Enterprises Ltd.

Naga Chaitanya is playing the role of a lover boy in this film and Kajal is pairing up in the female lead. Sriram of ‘Police Police’ – fame is playing Chaitu’s brother.

The shooting of the film is almost complete. Presently the film unit is in the Europe for the canning of a song.

Devisri Prasad is scoring music while dialogues are by Abburi Ravi. The movie is slated for release in August.

Bellamkonda Suresh bags ‘Nanna’ rights

Vikram and Anushka played the lead in a Tamil film ‘Daiva Tirumagan’, which was made with the adaptation of the story of ‘I Am Sam’, a Hollywood film.

The producer had announced recently that they were going to release the film in Telugu too as ‘Nanna’ and the audio and first look posters were released into the market recently.

The latest buzz is that Bellamkonda Suresh had bagged the Tollywood rights by paying a fancy price of Rs 3.5 crore. Vikram played yet another memorable role as a mentally challenged adult, with a maturity brain as a five-year-old boy. It is learnt that Vikram, who once mesmerized the audiences with ‘Aparichitudu’, once again excelled in the special character. Anushka is playing the role of a lawyer.

Nandamuri Balakrishna who turns 52 yesterday has started his next film Hara Hara Mahadeva on the eve of his birthday. He comes to sets with an entirely different make-up in which he looks very odd.  Nandamuri Balakrishna is reported to have signed a film, in which he will appear in a cameo role. The movie has Manchu Manoj in lead and the movie is said to be in the making. From the past 10 days, the media claimed that balaya is doing a full fledged role in the film, while the print media claimed that he is just doing a cameo. 

Now, the truth is out that Nandamuri Balakrishna will just do a cameo role, which will be a highlight in the movie. The reason for Balakrishna acting in Manchu Manoj’s film is his second daughter Teju.

Almost one year a go, in May) likely, it was rumored that Balakrishna is ready for alliance with Dr. Mohan Babu. Manchu Manoj was reported to be in love with balaya’s second daughter and the same was also from the side of Tejaswini. Sources close to Balaya declared that the alliance is now formal and the marriage will take place, as soon as Teju completes her higher education.

Meanwhile, on request of Manchu manoj, his future father in law is appearing in his film, in a pivotal role. Nandamuri Balakrishna is doing all this for the sake of his second daughter Teju’s love. But factually speaking, Manchu manoj is genuinely a good charactered guy. He respects elders and most importantly has an understanding nature, personally. But as usual, he has a bit of “yerri”, which is common in the present generation.
